We are excited to conduct the Madisonville Noon Kiwanis Christmas Parade this year!
The Parade will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025, beginning at 5:00 PM, local time. Parade lineups will begin at 3:00 PM that afternoon in the designated lineup areas.
The theme for the 2025 Parade is “Christmas in Toyland!“
In the event of rain on the parade date, the Parade will be conducted on the following Saturday, December 13, 2025, at the same time.
NOTE: Parade vehicles pulling trailers should enter as a FLOAT.

The entry fee for FLOATS from businesses or industries is $40.00. The entry for FLOATS from non-profit groups is $20.00. To enter a FLOAT in the 2025 Madisonville Christmas Parade, please complete and submit the following form:

The entry fee for non-float DECORATED VEHICLES is $30.00 per vehicle. Groups planning to walk with NO vehicle do not have an entry fee. To enter a GENERAL ENTRY (any non-float entry) in the 2025 Madisonville Christmas Parade, please complete and submit the following form:

All parade entry forms must be completed and submitted with the appropriate entry fee no later than Monday, December 1, 2025. If you do not submit your completed entry form and the required entry fee by that date, we cannot guarantee you participation in the Parade.
NO APPLICATIONS will be accepted after Wednesday, December 3, 2025.

“Santa Claus” Rule
In order to help us avoid confusion for the children watching the Parade, we kindly request that Santa Claus not ride on your float or other parade entry. We promise that Santa Claus will attend the Parade, and that he will ride on designated float at the end of the Parade. We appreciate your assistance and conformity with this rule.
NOTICE
The Madisonville Noon Kiwanis Club reserves the right to deny parade participation privileges to any individual, group, club, or other entity who, in the sole determination of the Madisonville Noon Kiwanis Club, engages in offensive, obscene, disruptive, or other similar conduct unbecoming of the Madisonville Noon Kiwanis Club or contrary to the spirit of the Christmas Parade.
